The beforehand waitlist

Joining the waitlist allows you to receive information about beforehand, including product updates and possible early-access opportunities.

Joining does not guarantee:

• Access to the product or any particular feature
• A particular launch date
• Continued availability of the waitlist or product
• Pricing, discounts, or other commercial terms

Beforehand is still developing. Descriptions, demonstrations, projected features, recommendations, integrations, and availability may change.

Communications

By joining the waitlist, you agree to receive waitlist, early-access, and product update emails from beforehand. You can unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time through the unsubscribe link in an email. We may still send operational messages in response to a request you initiated.

Permitted use

You may use the website only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Submit false, misleading, fraudulent, or unauthorized information
• Interfere with the website’s operation or security
• Use automated systems to submit forms, scrape the website, or overload its infrastructure without permission
• Attempt to access information or systems without authorization
• Copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit website content except as permitted by law or with our written permission
• Use the website in a way that violates another person’s rights or applicable law

We may restrict access or remove a waitlist entry when reasonably necessary to protect the website, other users, or beforehand.

Intellectual property

The beforehand name, branding, website, designs, text, graphics, demonstrations, and other content are owned by Meadow Mile LLC or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of any beforehand intellectual property to you.

Feedback

If you voluntarily provide ideas, suggestions, or feedback, you allow us to use that feedback to develop and improve beforehand without restriction or compensation to you. This does not give us ownership of your personal information.

Third-party services and links

The website may use or link to services operated by third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party websites, services, content, availability, or privacy practices. Your use of a third-party service may be governed by that provider’s terms.

Website availability and disclaimers

The website and waitlist are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meadow Mile LLC disclaims warranties that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Nothing on the current website constitutes purchasing, financial, legal, or professional advice. Product descriptions represent the current vision for beforehand and are not a promise that every described feature will be released.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain warranty exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meadow Mile LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the website or waitlist. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for a claim relating to the current website or waitlist will not exceed $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

Changes and termination

We may update the website, waitlist, or these Terms as beforehand develops. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date. We may suspend or discontinue the website or waitlist, or restrict access when reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.

Severability and entire agreement

If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the agreement between you and Meadow Mile LLC concerning the current beforehand website and waitlist.
